One yin and one yang are called Tao.
What follows is goodness, and what is achieved is nature. When a benevolent person sees it, he calls it benevolence; when a knowledgeable person sees it, he calls it knowledge. People use it every day but don't know it. Therefore, the way of a gentleman is fresh.
Show all your benevolence, hide all your usefulness, encourage all things without sharing the same worries as the saints, and you will achieve great virtues and great deeds!
Wealth is called a great cause, and daily renewal is called a great virtue. The thing that arises is called Yi, the thing that forms an image is called Qian, the thing that follows the pattern is called Kun, the thing that knows the extreme number is called Zhan, the thing that changes is called things, the unpredictability of Yin and Yang is called God.
