Fu Qian, the most healthy person in the world, has constant virtue and can easily recognize dangers. Fu Kun, the most obedient person in the world, his virtue is always simple and he knows the obstacles. He who can speak of the hearts of all, can study the concerns of the princes, determine the fortune and misfortune of the world, and become the leader of the world.
That’s why the clouds change, and things are auspicious. It is like a tool to know things, and it can tell things by fortune telling. Heaven and earth establish positions, and saints become capable. People plan evil plans, but the people are capable.
The Eight Diagrams are told with images, and the Yao Lian are expressed with love words. Hardness and softness are mixed together, and good and bad luck can be seen.
Changes are based on favorable words, good and bad fortunes are based on emotions. Therefore, when love and evil attack each other, good and bad will arise; when distance and near are attracted to each other, regret and stinginess will arise; and when love and affection are counterfeit, benefit and harm will arise.
Any love in "Yi" that is close but does not meet each other will be fierce, or hurt, regret and stinginess.
The words of those who betray will be shameful, the words of those who are doubtful will be weak, the words of auspicious people will be few, the words of impetuous people will be many, those who falsely accuse good people will be embarrassed, and those who lose their guard will be humble.
